MINIGRAPH strengthens consortium alignment and technical progress at General Assembly in Prague
21–22 October 2024, Prague (Czech Republic)
The MINIGRAPH consortium gathered in Prague for its General Assembly meeting on 21–22 October 2024, marking a key milestone in the project’s second year. The meeting was held at VILA LANNA, a renowned venue for scientific and academic convenings in the city, providing an ideal setting for cross‑disciplinary coordination and strategic planning.
Over two days, partners reviewed progress across all work packages, with focused technical discussions spanning materials development, microfabrication, electronics integration, implantation strategies, and preclinical evaluation. Particular attention was given to synchronising hardware development with biological validation, ensuring that engineering decisions remain consistent with experimental evidence and long‑term project objectives.
The General Assembly also served as a forum to capture lessons learned from early project stages and anticipate technical and organisational risks ahead. Through open discussion, partners agreed on mitigation actions and refined coordination between technological, preclinical, and regulatory streams.
By the end of the meeting, the consortium reinforced a shared vision for the remainder of the project, strengthening collaboration and consolidating a clear roadmap to advance MINIGRAPH’s minimally invasive neuroelectronic technologies.
