MINIGRAPH prepares for project closure at General Assembly in Leiden
23–24 October 2025, Leiden (The Netherlands)
The MINIGRAPH consortium met in Leiden on 23–24 October 2025 for a General Assembly focused on consolidation, final validation activities, and preparation for project closure. Hosted by Leiden University Medical, the meeting was anchored in a clinical research and hospital setting, well suited to discussions on translational planning, validation evidence, and end‑of‑project reporting.
Partners reviewed the status of ongoing experimental work, remaining deliverables, and timelines, with dedicated sessions addressing how final results would be integrated into technical and scientific reports. Particular attention was given to documenting achievements, limitations, and lessons learned in a clear, auditable manner.
Importantly, the agenda featured a Parkinson’s patient visit arranged by LUMC, reinforcing the project’s commitment to stakeholder and patient perspectives. The visit help ground consortium discussions in lived experience and supporting meaningful reflection on usability, acceptability, and future clinical relevance.
As the project advanced toward its conclusion, the Leiden General Assembly reinforced alignment across the consortium, ensuring a coherent and transparent path toward final deliverables and dissemination activities.
